Brandy Oliver has been partnering with people and organizations for over 30 years to help resolve immediate and long-term challenges. With a Master’s Degree in Health Education and Human Performance from Michigan State University, experience running her own information technology, alternative heath directory and mobile app as well as a pet behavior website, growing with SilverSneakers through multiple M&A’s into Healthways (now Tivity Health & ShareCare), being part of Inc. Magazine’s 25th fastest growing company (now MHK), as well as working at large organizations including Ryder HQ, St. Joseph’s Hospital, Mosaic, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, and Cigna, Brandy has a diverse history of experience that enables her to view challenges from unique angles. Some of her accomplishments include implementing processes to save a healthcare company 100’s of thousands of dollars, leading and/or designing high-visibility technology (IT) projects to win recognition and awards, and delivering products, platforms and services including health, wellness, fitness, financial data & analytics, and alternative health.
Brandy’s success in the health, wellness and fitness industry complements her expertise in the information technology industry, where her teams delivered enterprise-wide technology solutions (B2B), B2C products and services, and she achieved #1 ranking on Google via SEO with no paid advertising (B2C) and was featured as a “Microsoft Small Business Success Story.” In addition, she is experienced in customer and public-facing roles including Director of Client Services, Director of Client and Customer Engagement as well as Secretary, Treasurer and Vice President at Tampa Toastmaster’s and enjoyed being a public speaker for St. Joseph’s Hospital.
Her passion for helping others be the best that they can be and succeed in what is meaningful in their life has provided the strategy to align people, process and products (or services) for successful outcomes. Her experience and execution with new and existing products as well as process improvements from a lean six sigma perspective propel innovation and stability.
